How long will my order take to arrive?

Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier.  Packages typically arrive 10-15 days from order date within the United States, although cannot be guaranteed due to logistical errors, weather, and COVID-19 restrictions.  
We provide fulfillment, shipping, and tracking status updates via the email address provided with the order.  If your email address should change please contact us at woodenletterbanks@gmail.com so we can continue to provide order updates.  If you haven’t received tracking information 5-7 days from your order date, please contact us.

Logistics and Tracking information

It is possible for shipping companies to use shipping partners and therefore your initial tracking number may change.  We will provide updated tracking information as it becomes available.  If you are experiencing a problem with your tracking information, please contact at woodenletterbanks@gmail.com so we can investigate.  However, some shipping companies up to takes 5-7 business days to update tracking information in their system. In addition, if a shipping company is using a shipping partner your tracking information may state “Awaiting Package,” which means it has been shipped, but not yet received by the shipping partner.  

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped separately, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.  In this case you will receive more than one tracking number to accurately track your order.
